What You'll Do
Lead and Develop People
Foster an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
Coach, mentor, and support nursing leaders and frontline caregivers.
Set clear expectations while helping team members succeed and grow.
Recruit, retain, and develop talented nursing professionals.
Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence.
Ensure Outstanding Resident Care
Oversee nursing services to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
Collaborate with rehabilitation, social services, activities, dietary, pharmacy, physicians, and other disciplines to meet resident needs.
Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and maintained to support positive resident outcomes.
Partner with physicians and clinical teams to continuously improve quality and service.
Support Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
Maintain appropriate staffing and clinical competencies.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices.
Champion resident and employee safety programs.
Coordinate care across the continuum to support seamless resident experiences.

Qualifications
Required
Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of two years of Senior Living or Long-Term Care experience
Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience
CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
Progressive nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living settings
